Come join our Power Hour fitness class and experience a dynamic and effective workout designed to push your limits, increase your cardiovascular endurance, build strength, and flexibility.
Our Power Hour class is structured to include a variety of exercises and training modalities that will keep you engaged and motivated throughout the session. The class typically consists of the following components: warm-up, high intensity interval training HIIT), core strengthening, flexibility training, and cool-down.
This class is suitable for individuals of varying fitness levels. Participants can tailor the intensity to their abilities, making it accessible to beginners while still challenging seasoned athletes. Modifications and progressions will be provided as needed, ensuring everyone gets the most out of each session.
