It’s all Run and Games with the APRD Co-ed Running Club! The club for grades 4-8, will meet twice a week for various running workouts to challenge every skill level. We will conduct weekly group training runs, organized training programs, and spring workouts. Whether you are looking to get fit, have fun, or enjoy the outdoors, this is the perfect club for you.
