Did you know that Appleton Parks and Recreation has a great relationship with Santa Claus? Previously we assisted his elves with collecting phone numbers so he could give children a phone call, but this year he asked if we could help get letters from kids to him so he could respond back to them before Christmas. Of course we said that we are happy to help!  This program is open to residents and non-residents.

If your child would like a letter from Santa Claus, there are THREE ways you can make it happen.

Option #1:
Option #2:
  • Print this LETTER TO SANTA
  • You or your child can fill it out*
  • Drop the letter off at Santa’s Special Mailbox located outside the Facilities and Grounds Operation Center at 1819 Witzke Blvd. Appleton anytime between Friday, November 27 and Sunday, December 13
  • *Make sure all blanks are completed including child’s full name
  • *If your child is completing the form, please make sure the writing is legible for Santa.  We wouldn’t want them to get the wrong toy because Santa couldn’t read it!

Option #3:
  • Have your child write their own letter to Santa!
  • The letter must include the following:
    • child’s first and last name
    • mailing address
    • what toy they want Santa and the elves to make for them
    • parent’s name and email address in case Santa has questions
  • Drop the letter off at Santa’s Special Mailbox located outside the Facilities and Grounds Operation Center at 1819 Witzke Blvd. Appleton anytime between Friday, November 27 and Sunday, December 13
  • *Please make sure the writing is legible for Santa.  We wouldn’t want them to get the wrong toy because Santa couldn’t read it!
