NEW: YIN YOGA AND MEDITATION

Indulge in a blend of gentle movement and stillness in our NEW Yin Yoga & Meditation class. This class invites you to embrace the tranquility and stability of being close to the ground, fostering a deeper sense of grounding and centering. Unwind your body and calm your mind as you explore the deeply relaxing practice of Yin Yoga, followed by a soothing meditation session. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, introspective practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia using supportive props, such as, blankets, bolster, and blocks. As you surrender into each pose, you will learn to listen to your body’s wisdom and embrace the present moment with acceptance and compassion. Perfect for all levels, this class offers a tranquil oasis where you can release tension, find inner peace, and nourish your spirit.
