Have fun exploring Appleton on two
wheels with your friends! As an Urban Rider you'll learn bike
handling skills, rules of the road, and build your confidence
riding a bike! We will practice navigating intersections, roadways
and changing lanes while riding to other neighborhoods, on the
local trails, and other places you may want to bike to with your
friends. Rides may include the Skatepark at Telulah Park, Mead
Pool, trails and fun spots to pick up a cool treat or satisfy your
sweet tooth. You may want to ride your bike to school every day
after this camp!
Bring a helmet and a bike that is in good working condition.

*We are looking for volunteers to help with our
Instructors with the Urban Riders program and if you are interested
in helping, a prerequisite is attending the Safe Bicycling classes
in April 19 & 26 from 5:30-7:00 p.m. These are FREE
classes, but registration is required.
