We have partnered with Pedretti Power Yoga to offer STAND UP PADDLEBOARD (SUP) YOGA in April at West Pool. Browse program flyer here or register online here. It combines traditional yoga postures with the added bonus of floating on a SUP!

class will combine traditional yoga postures with the added bonus of floating on a SUP. Class begins with a paddle lesson for those new to the board, a warm-up
paddle followed by an amazing yoga experience on water. Every yoga class will bring forth a unique experience as the dynamics of the ever-changing
environment bring new challenges and enlightenments to us.
Why SUP Yoga? Yoga poses on an unstable surface are not only more challenging, it will refine your technique. It is more calming, helps you focus on your
breath, and is empowering. It teaches you to get back up and try again. It's beautiful and fun
